Description:
The HFD VS2C(OM) is a direct-acting sequence valve designed to control the sequential operation of two hydraulic cylinders. It is available in four port sizes — G1/4, G3/8, G1/2, and G3/4 — to accommodate a wide range of system flow and pressure requirements.
The valve opens when the primary circuit reaches a pre-set pressure, directing flow to the secondary actuator. An integrated check valve allows free reverse flow, making return strokes unrestricted.
Its compact, robust construction suits industrial hydraulic systems where reliable, pressure-triggered sequencing is critical — particularly in circuits where pressures across actuators are additive.
Operation: When the inlet pressure at port C reaches the adjusted set point, the VS2C(OM) opens and supplies flow to the secondary circuit connected at port V. This ensures the primary actuator completes its function before the secondary one is activated. Reverse flow passes freely through the built-in check valve, enabling smooth return without back-pressure interference.
